    chalk does change the world but i guess a little goes a long way. Although i cant imagine the MU without chalk especially on those nasty rings!Still gonna get me some gymnast grips.

    Did Magic 50 with 60# DB’s5 single arm swings each side5 single arm snatches each side10 true burpees60 seconds rest five roundsBurpees turned to shit fast. After the workout I cried a little. I have no idea how long it took, maybe half an hour – forty minutes? Hellish.
