20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

    Round 1: Blue assistance band
    Round 2: Blue/green assistance band
    Round 3: Green assistance band
    Round 4: Green/Black assistance band
    Round 5: Black assistance band

    69:02 total with 3 minutes rest in between rounds.

    Pullups and situps were extremely slow; didn’t really lose time on the squats or pushups. By the end I was breaking the situps into 2’s and 3’s. Ugh.

    no time kept, goal was to finish and did. felt sick (headache, pukish…) laid down for 45 minutes, much better now.

    probably should have doubled up the rep count in retrospect. The only painful thing about this was that I have some serious mat burn on my upper ass.

    GHD sit ups actually felt great.
