For those not proficient with this lift, you will learn the thruster and then apply it to a non-max-lift WOD.

    155165175180180180180felt good. Played it conservative having never done this one maxxed out. next time will aim for 225.

    8:30 am 1 mile time trial 5:08.got cut off by a bicycle at the 1200 meter mark, had to restart. good time, almost there. 4:00pm1-1-1-1-1-1-1 thruster155-165-175-180(f)-180(f)-175(f) ran out of time, no last repdid a couple of max pull up sets. 33 and 30. shooting for 40.

    tabata something else:PVC ThrusterPushupsSquatsBurpeesSucked today for me. tried to cut back on blocks and it messed me up.Skills:kipping practice. Getting three in a row now, but I lose rhythm.
