    Learning new pulling technique. Verdict is not out yet as to the effect on overall speed.
    I do like the fluidity of it though.

    Today – Did lunges(30), squats(25), pushups(30), jog/run (2.5 mi) in between and after. Fared poorly on kip ups today. Spinning for 1 hour yesterday and day before. Will visit CrossFit Lake Country in Hartland, WI at 4pm Friday. Miss you guys. Tom Martin
