    Rx with set of 30 lb dumbells for lunges. Used belt with 30# wt for pullups. 25:13

    This one is like rock/paper/scissors. Lunges wear out the legs for box jumps. Pullups wear out the grip for weighted lunges. Tough one. Different. I liked it.

    Doing good till the dips. 3's, 2's and 1's. Not going to cut it.
