		<description>7:00am&lt;br /&gt;pull ups&lt;br /&gt;5 dead hang, 5 42.5# vest, 77.5x1, 97.5x1, 42.5 x5 kipping&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1:00 pm&lt;br /&gt;400 meter track time trial&lt;br /&gt;56.8&lt;br /&gt;Post 18 PR. After the past two days of leg torture this made me happy. 55 is closer than I thought. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6:30pm&lt;br /&gt;Crash and burn 500 m row&lt;br /&gt;1:29.5 (mathces PR)&lt;br /&gt;Held a 1:26/1:27 for 450 meters. &lt;br /&gt;The last average 500 meter time on the rower was 2:09. Legs literally gave out and I don&#039;t really remember the last 50 meters. &lt;br /&gt;Amazing feeling. Can&#039;t wait to hit this again with a rested body. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Completed yesterday&#039;s SUPERsets. &lt;br /&gt;5 sets&lt;br /&gt;4 Headstand Push Ups&lt;br /&gt;10 Ring Push Ups&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Last shot 100# Pull Up attempt post Mrs. Chris&#039; Glucose Powder....not even close. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8:30 pm&lt;br /&gt;Pennsylvania Tenderloin.</description>
