    55 minutes on cycle in spinning clas. 775 calories – 25.1 miles. Then, 2 mile walk on indoor track – first with 80 year old friend who’s dealt with cancer for 10 years, second with 67 year old just off of back surgery. Interesting for me to see you intense animals at CF305 and then return to a different gym setting with much older people who are still at it, doing what they can. Long journey. Fitness matters.

    The new space is marching forward. New outdoor lights, new paint, clean floor. More projects to come this weekend. We are taking classes over to see it throughout the week, so if you have yet to see it ask.
