		<description>55 minutes on cycle in spinning clas. 775 calories - 25.1 miles. Then, 2 mile walk on indoor track - first with 80 year old friend who&#039;s dealt with cancer for 10 years, second with 67 year old just off of back surgery. Interesting for me to see you intense animals at CF305 and then return to a different gym setting with much older people who are still at it, doing what they can. Long journey. Fitness matters.</description>
