    garage games wods look fun – and conveniently located in woodstock, ga….on super bowl wknd.

    i’m in crossfit-withdrawal right now…trying to rest up for the ING this sunday. every day there’s a little voice in my head that says – why not go in and do some overhead presses – that’s upper body, how much can it hurt? … but the rest feels good, and my cortisol levels are down from ridiculous to merely excessive…

    Garage Games look good…I don’t think anyone from 305 is doing it though.
