		<description>3:45 PR - last time 4:06.  Hate Fran - threw up again.  Takes me forever to recover.  Only one drop on the thrusters during the 15 set.  Dropped off the bar on 15 and 9 sets of pullups.  Looking forward to doing this WOD again in 2011.</description>

I kept failing on the pull ups, got to practice a LOT ( kipping &amp; gain strenght )

For the first time I have record i want to really beat, im keeping todays ugly number un the back of my head all of febuary or until we do this again.</description>
