    want to get to 24 rounds…maybe next time.

    Props to karim for finishing the wod with a hand tear – I’ve been out-manned.

    Cindy – 18 rounds in 20:01 – so technically 17 rounds 5/10/14. Still wasting a lot of energy on the pullups

    Last couple times I’d been doing Mary so it was nice to switch back to Cindy.

    20 rounds (match to PR)-40 or so seconds per round at the start/caught up w me towards the end as they got slower/

    biggest difference this time around was my recovery time was much quicker and spent energy was less/ felt great after only a few… thinkin i can bring a bit more intensity

    165, 185, 205, 220 fail on press x2, 220 fail on clean x a million. Frustrating. Very poor technique and didn’t quit when I should have.

    gassed in the second round. multiple drops on pull ups in second and third round. all thrusters unbroken. aftermath felt like 4 am hugging my toilet after a night of binge tequilla drinking. BRRRRRRRP!

    14 reps/ blue band + 5 pull ups and 4 push ups

    Split Jerk-Power Jerk 135×3x5sets

    Last 2 sets power jerked 135×15 reps

    Trying to build up slowly after injury. I will say that rest does make for a better performance. Switched from multiples on consecutive days to 2 on 1 off 2 on, 2 off for a bit. Think I will do that for 4 weeks and re assess.
