		<description>Split Jerk-Power Jerk 135x3x5sets

Last 2 sets power jerked 135x15 reps

Trying to build up slowly after injury. I will say that rest does make for a better performance. Switched from multiples on consecutive days to 2 on 1 off 2 on, 2 off for a bit. Think I will do that for 4 weeks and re assess.</description>
