    Jackie – 3:48 row. 8:36 total. Thrusters are getting better. My heels are still coming up a little at the bottom of the squat. Rythm on the kips still needs work.

    Row + Thrusters 45lbs + Pull ups More than 11:51 if i’m not mistaken.

    Tried out Oats & Whey protein powder. Taste good, mixes well and has some fiber.
