Went out too hard – story of my life.
Jackie 6:56 (rx). 3:44 row, moderate. Pullups 10,9,5,6
Jackie – 3:48 row. 8:36 total. Thrusters are getting better. My heels are still coming up a little at the bottom of the squat. Rythm on the kips still needs work.
Looking forward to and simultaneously dreading tomorrow’s wod
