Power cleans: (5 x 3) 165, 175, 175, 185, 185 (last set all floor to overhead)
The big 86er: 7 rounds plus 4 hang cleans. Nice one, Pete – this one was harder than murph. Grip continues to be an issue. First two sets unbroken, then drops after each round, no broken rounds. 6 straight days – rest needed tomorrow.
Couple days rest. My back is sore but better.
