    Short workout – 4 x 500 row with 1:56 average. Band work, squats, outdoor 1 mile jog. Not there today. Was planning to go after a good 2000 row. Next time.

    The big 86er: 7 rounds plus 4 hang cleans. Nice one, Pete – this one was harder than murph. Grip continues to be an issue. First two sets unbroken, then drops after each round, no broken rounds. 6 straight days – rest needed tomorrow.

    hurt wrist on last rep of 2nd set 195 lbs. Thank the Pastor for the advice on shutting it down right there.

    10 rounds + 4 PC rested the bar on my back between rounds. Bar came down twice.
