Dan, you are a beast. I tried it at home w/ 135 and it killed me (again). just cant handle the grip on those hang cleans. All jerks unbroken, but lots of time with the bar on the floor resting my hands.
Earlier on did some oly lifting. Progressions on to full snatch. Kept it light btwn 105-115 lbs. Really want to dial in technique. Areas that need work are the 2nd & 3rd pull.

43 lbs. Back is still tweaked. 6:11 Too light! Need to find the right zone where you can train and receive the stimulus and not re-aggrevate injury.
I for one am happy I let my wrist rest yesterday from the posted wod.

in july 2009 i did the workout in 22 minutes, and had to drop to 135 after the 2nd round.
still gotta work on pacing. did 1st 2 rounds in 4 minutes…
