    Trying to get my food back on track.

    Breakfast
    About 4 oz steak
    2 cheesy eggs
    3 strips bacon
    Half apple with some almond butter
    Half banana
    Small bunch grapes
    Coffee
    Water

    Fiber
    8×1200mg fish oil

    Feel pretty full but not stuffed. Might need slightly less next time. Maybe no bacon?

    organic buttermilk pancakes with pumpkin spice and strawberry honey sauce
    2 whole eggs w/hot sauce
    black tea
    fish oil,B vit. liquid,C vit. pill,whole vit. gummyx3,black elderberry tablet

    school carnival: somehow sidestepped cotton candy, sno-cones, cupcakes and pizza (almost)

    stroller fartlek 10k this morning. helps clear the head.

    How much can the real captain america squat clean?

    eggs, turkey, hot salsa, cheese, 1/4 avocado on a crossaint
    Laera bar, 3 cups of coffee
    fish oil

    Dinner much worse!

    Big Dog, welcome back. I am sure Capt. America can clean da house. Just ask the Brazilians!

    16 oz chopped veggies (cucumber, sweet peppers, tomatoes, onions, carrots)
    6 oz beets
    8 oz sopressata, swiss and jack cheese
    Marie’s Caeser Dressing
    Hot Sauce
    Vinegar
