Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:
5 dumbbell deadlifts, 5 dumbbell hang power cleans, 5 dumbbell thrusters.
Load is 45% of bodyweight, no drops allowed!!!!!
If you cannot complete the needed work in one minute, complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
