Lateral Burpees = burpee on one side of your barbell, lateral jump (both feet) w/ full extension over the barbell w/ a clap, land on both feet then do another burpee…
@JC – actually did Grace yesterday. It was a big PR for me. It crushed me. I went head-to-head facing a buddy of mine, which really helped me push it. I think you could smoke it – do a bunch of touch and gos then all singles, dropping from the top. Don’t rest at all. Don’t use the really bouncy 45′s, use the hard rubber ones.
I gained 7 pounds in one week while I was overseas – ate whatever I wanted and barely worked out. I feel fat, but strong:)

Everything broken up, paced a few reps behind Dibo figuring to catch him on the last run, he had too much gas on the thrusters though.
