    CF 305 KIDS CLASS Yesterday:

    Warmup – Crawl Through Freeze Tag then, Bear Crawl Treasure Hunt
    Skill Focus – Squats and Pushups
    WOD: 3 rds: 50m run, 10 Box jumps, 10 Squats, 10 Jumping Jacks
    Games: Jump the Rope, Musical Med Balls, CF Dodgeball (kids vs. adults)

    Great turnout and another great job by the athletes!

    Yesterday’s WOD @ CFOT:

    10 Snatches, 10 lateral burpees, 10 C2B pullups
    10 Thrusters, 10 lateral burpees, 10 C2B pullups
    10 Clean & Jerk, 10 lateral burpees, 10 C2B pullups

    7:50 RX (135 lb barbell work)

    Lateral burpee – burpee on one side of barbell. Jump laterally over barbell w/ both feet and full extension. Overhead clap. Land with both feet do another burpee…

    I think this is a good one for the guys at CrossFit 305.

    Can’t wait to workout in the new box
