Yesterday&#039;s WOD @ CFOT:

10 Snatches, 10 lateral burpees, 10 C2B pullups
10 Thrusters, 10 lateral burpees, 10 C2B pullups
10 Clean &amp; Jerk, 10 lateral burpees, 10 C2B pullups

7:50 RX (135 lb barbell work)

Lateral burpee - burpee on one side of barbell.  Jump laterally over barbell w/ both feet and full extension.  Overhead clap.  Land with both feet do another burpee... 

I think this is a good one for the guys at CrossFit 305.  

Can&#039;t wait to workout in the new box</description>
