    Just emailed the CrossFit powers that be to see if they will allow me to compete in the WV / VA / DC sectionals. I hope they let me make the switch. Good luck to everyone this week. Don’t push it too hard – save some for the weekend.

    Congratulations CF305. Hope the new location is all you want it to be. Beautiful space with some breathing room. Also wish Adam and the CF team the best with CrossFit Kids. Should be a great addition to CF305 program.

    Tomorrow will be cool.
    I was out for the end of last week. ( work ). But saturday did a 24 mile bike ride @ key biskayne averaged about 17.5mph did 4 climbs.

    Sunday, went to Palmetto Fl, to practice PB, we ran about 15 points.

    I second JC’s “the new box rocks.” Great wide open space with lots of room for all sorts cool workouts. Congrats guys.

    Congratulations guys. You have put a tremendous amount of time, effort, stress and elbow grease into the business and it shows. There are reasons why great businesses like this and CF Threshold have expanded twice in less than a year. People will stand by a good product. The new facility is everything the CF 305 community deserves and I am happy to be a part of it.

    I had only passed by the new place once, but today when i walked in I was AMAZED. The gym is AWESOME!!!! it looks like a freaking gladiator training facility. Congratulations!

    The last months have brought the new website this new location and soon to follow more people that will join CF305.

    Today i Swam 1000m. did the first 400 in 9:40.

    Todays workout: Changed burpees for 20″ box jumps. Did it a little under 15 min. Thought it would be 5 rounds could have probably pushed harder in that last round. Any way thanks to Dom for the motivation ant the end.
