    Fresh Peach salsa

    3 ripe peaches
    3/4 cup diced red onion
    3/4 cup chopped fresh mint
    1/4 cup minced jalapenos (from jar)

    Really good as a topping on grilled fish, can also substitute mangos for peaches

    No gassing here, but poor form on the PC took a big toll on by lower back and slowed my runs- no good

    Good luck everybody at tomorrow’s competition- catch you all there!
