    3 Rounds 5DHPU/5Dips/10Squats/ 10sec Tripod ( i no longer use my head :D )

    Practiced Hand Stand, and tried to do HSPU ( i do micro ones).

    Did a scaled Cindy. 5min 3 Pullups/6 pusshups/10 Squats. Got 8 Rounds in.

    5 Sets of 5 Knees to Elbows.

    Not sure what I was expecting but somehow it was harder than I expected. Like everyone else, legs not all back yet from the weekend. PR nonetheless so I’ll take it. Amazing what you can do with 10 free minutes. Nice work, JC. Dont let these guys discourage you – it’s about the unknown and unknowable.

    Mr. Chicola left out the fact that the discovery of the bathroom light was a group effort. It took a degree from MIT, a useless degree in Political Theory & Constitutional Democracy (mine) and a law degree to find it.
