Add 5 pounds to your training max

CNJ Ladder (135/95)
Perform 1 floor-overhead on first minute, 2 floor-overhead on second minute, 3 floor-overhead on 3rd minute… workout is over when you can’t finish reps required within the minute.

Run 1k
100 squats
50 pushups

    OK Dan. I am down (although start time may be an issue). Considering that these are basically “Lynne” weights set up by a springy guy who is 195 lbs, are you feeling frisky at RX (what happens if someone gets pinned under 195# on the 45th bench press rep) or are you willing to entertain the following –
    30 lbs total of scale per person to be sprinkled throughout the WOD as predetermined. Take it on bench, deadlift or clean – your choice.

    2 questions:

    1) who holds the dough?
    2) am i allowed to stretch first?

    Make all 3 barbells a % of body weight and then I’m in too. I don’t stand a chance of winning but it will be fun!

    No warm up, no stretch, no calculator. This is a gd hero WOD. Suffer for the dead. RX or no cash prize. Scale as needed but still put cash in the pot.

    Cash is taped to the top of a 20′ rope.
    Winner has 60 seconds after finish to get it.
    If winner fails to get cash, cash goes to beer fund.
