    Not my sexiest. Included some mental failures such as actually stopping at 93 dubs (when I have never yet done 100 straight), forgetting to set up the wall ball and having to find one mid WOD, and then thinking it would be fine to start wall balls with a rubber strap behind my head. CF makes you fitter but clearly not smarter.

    17:08 RX. Not sure what I did last time but I am sure it was faster. and sexier.

    A classic WOD that we should do 4-5 times per month at least.

    I knew that I was in trouble when 2 body weight squats into warm ups my legs were already shot (from the day before!). Thanks to Joe for pushing me through!

  • First time. This sucked. Couldn’t come yesterday so I did it in place of tabata for Friday. By the time I got to kips I couldn’t do more than 3 at a time. Come Wall Ball time, I stopped 5 times wth -_-
