Felt good. Plenty of bar speed. Felt like I could have matched my PR. Stopped on a high note as per Al’s suggestion. A solid week off weights makes the Oly pop. Felt good all around.

Holly moly. Wasnt as bad as I remembered. last time I did it in the mid day summer heat at the old box running up hill. Runs could be better though. I had a little more push in me.

GREAT stuff. Not too heavy, not too spicy. Juuust right.
Badger- 37:03 rx- tough but felt better than last year
OLY at 11: getting the hang of full snatches. Am looking forward to practicing!
WOD 41:12(14?) RX first time, legs were jello from yesterday, but must get better.
10:00 – Jits
11:00 – Oly: Warm up then worked my way up to 135×5, 145×3, 150×1 – No misses. Surprised, considering I felt tired and lethargic.
12:00 – Badger – Rx’d – 30:12. Didn’t want to be there, but this is when one has to push the most. Mental fortitude is just as important. Besides, it always an honor going head to head with DM and Peter Panos.
