    What’s a deadhang pull up?

    Looking forward to this. Mostly because I know it will be a miserable failure on my part. Three weaknesses wrapped up in a nice little package.

    Anyone for a jog?

    Deadhang= strict pull-up starting from fully extended elbow position

    Yesterday: SEEFIT Monster Beach WOD #2 at Flamingo Park Track. WOW. 90% of this one is half mental for sure. The bright side is that you will go really fast just to get it over and done with sooner. Hard to believe we have not tried this one before. GREAT WOD and a nice change to do it on the track. Workouts to be released a week from today.

    JT – 8:38 (PR) Then 3 rds: 20 GHD / 400m run. Fast as possible but no clock.

    Missed the 5-3-1 today.

    talk about shoulder overload! thought it’d be quicker but muscles just fatigued. singles in HSPU sometime in 2nd round. never thought pushups would be hard, i was wrong.
