    Squats burn at the higher reps. Nice change from 5-3-1

    Very deceiving WOD. Had no idea how long this would take. Abs and grip get fried quickly on the TTB. Squats and dubs make the box jumps hard. 19:40 rx. After GHD’s this week and now this one – please no one make me laugh for the rest of the week. Or sneeze.

    Didin’t get the T2B on rhythm at all. All pulled out from the past two days.

    Hard to do 21 unbroken FS at 50%. Had do split into 2 sets. Dropped down to 40% and hit the 15 and 9. 7:00 am class and I can already feel it in the hamstrings.

    21:55 rx – found the first set harder than the third – need to get those abs warmed up next time – still no kip on T2B

    Power Snatches up to 135 lbs. Got pretty ugly so I stopped after 2 reps.
