Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

30 second Handstand hold
30 second Squat hold
30 second L-sit hold
30 second Chin over bar hold

Class schedule open to Crossfit and 305 members:
9am, 10am, 5pm,6pm

    WOD- 7 rounds + 10 seconds of HS- Rx

    Lsits- staight legged done mostly in 10′s and then 5′s.Squats and HS were great recovery time. Chin hold 30′s and then 15′s.

    lets get it straight- no one really did straight legged L-sits. That tipped over L-sit aint what its meant to be. Nice try though.

    Did this one at home… Couldn’t keep a good count because my dog kept getting all up in my business… Apparently he doesn’t like when I do handstand holds.. He barked at me each time then tried to jump on top of me when I was doing the squats.

    Note to self: keep dog locked in room when doing a home wod.
