Noon- WOD- Rx 5 rounds +HSPU,DL,4 C2B’s in 15 minutes- I really liked this workout/ the rounds went well with the rep scheme,weight/C2B were the hard part/ surprised i got the first 4 rounds of dubs unbroken.Maybe a whole week of dubs has started to pay off! 5th missed quite a few and gassed/
