9am-Kids class/ 305 workout
11am- Olympic lifting
12pm- Crossfit WOD

    2000m run at 5k pace
    DL x 5 (135, 225, 275, 305, 330 (4))

    DL (135#) / ring dips: 30/5, 25/10, 20/15, 15/20, 10/25, 5/30 13:45 Pretty awful. I wish i would have seen today’s WOD first. i like it much better.

    should be fine for the next few days as long as i dont sit or bend.

    Hill setting, started slow, got fast.
    Last mile under 6 pace.

    11 am- Oly practice
    Noon- WOD- Rx 5 rounds +HSPU,DL,4 C2B’s in 15 minutes- I really liked this workout/ the rounds went well with the rep scheme,weight/C2B were the hard part/ surprised i got the first 4 rounds of dubs unbroken.Maybe a whole week of dubs has started to pay off! 5th missed quite a few and gassed/

    Will try this agian soon.
