    thanks in advance to everyone who makes it to David Barton tonight for the Miami Beach JCC fundraiser. there are still a few spots if you are interested in running (4 person teams, each team completes half marathon). these treadmills already have sponsors and just need warm bodies. i’m supposed to mention there are “great prizes and gift bags” also a DJ and paleo beer, wine and liquor. call Carrie @ 305-496-7453 if you want to run.

    I was so excited I did all 30 of my 53 lb KBS unbroken I gasped ‘unbroken’ to Dan and he said “30 Burpees!” So thanks for reminding me not to revel in a mini-PR in the middle of a long WOD…

    I can think of no better way to spend my birthday than doing Pee-Tee’s big adventure and Snatch Balance practice (95# and 135#). My new favorite movement. Clearly my idea of fun is not what it used to be.
