Deadlift, 10 reps
50 Double-unders

Deadlift is 60-70% of your training max. Consult with your coach for appropriate load. Substitute double unders with lateral jumps.

    Back home in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Miss hanging out at CF305. Memories of watching the Ice Monster linger. Reality workouts here include 1 hour shoveling snow and 1 hour snowshoeing with friends today. 10″ of snow on the ground. Good luck in the ING marathon this Sunday.
