    The beach bootcamp looks enticing… It’s a bit late for me, though.

    I noticed that on Monday’s wod we did squats and then more squats (or pistols for some) and today we did press and then push press. Is there sciene behind this? Some of us were womdering this morning what the reason might be…

    Good WOD, basically combined most of my weaknesses into a single WOD. Didn’t help that I went for the Muscle up for the dips. Last few ring dips looked more like seizures than anything.
