500 meter Prowler Push
12 minute time limit

Enjoy the sites and sounds of Little Haiti as you maneuver a loaded push sled through pot holes, gravel, hills, stray dogs and more! No rules or regulations other than get it around the block, counter clockwise.

“Beit Din”
3 minutes burpee box jumps 24/20”

3 minutes KB swings

3 minutes max thrusters

Look familiar? Based off of a 2010 Florida Sectional WOD, this one calls for all out effort.

    Good Event??? Are you serious? I wasn’t there, but for it to be a good event, it’d be nice to have over 20 total people competing. Did all the competitors carpool in two vans over there? From the looks of the WODs, they all targeted the competitors legs and probably killed the competitors for the 3rd WOD. Even so, I guess that according to CF305 it must have been a great event. Baby steps guys…I’m sure if you keep it up you’ll one day have a great event like Winter WOD. Sucks when you organize an event to showcase how good of a box you are, and all that goes around is how poorly planned & run it was and the low number of competitors there were. Better Luck in the next one.

    Great event guys. Want to thank the CF305 crew for having in on a Sunday so we can all compete. I am definitely looking forward for the next time you run the event on a Sunday and I already heard its going to be compared to the “10 Plagues.”

    Dom, how can you be sore, you only did half of WOD 3?

    Real Crossfitter, your sorry ass couldn’t push that prowler around the block in under 12 minutes anyway. Just to confirm your earlier statement that you would have been “killed by 3rd WOD” just proves again how soft you are. You probably got pushed off the podium(3rd place at best) by a bunch of no reps in the Swamp Monster and haven’t been able to sleep since.
