This is one of those WODs that bring me back to when I was a kid working construction with my dad. I was always the demo/throw out the trash into dumpster guy or the move those 2×12′s over to that side of the building so later you can move them to the other side of the building.
All I could think of when I was doing that tedious manual labor is how bad I wanted it to be over. Making it seem like a workout always got me through it.
When I see workout like this im thinking Find a speed you can maintain which is as fast as can be for as long as can be with the end no sooner than when you are done. Get it?

Agreed with Dan – do not redline this one. Steady and effecient work wins the day on this one.
Re-injured L rhomboid – seems right about this same time last year.
Was beachwod canceled today?
Lichtenstein (sp?)
of course, pop art I”ll not forget it!
Roy Lichtenstein’s a Crossfitter? Sure this is what he had in mind with this picture.
Good intense WOD- still nauseous
There should be a Wod named after this unsung hero.

Great WOD. Not sure why, but for some reason I kept thinking of how awful this one would have been in July. Not really as bad as it looks.
Have I mentioned on this forum how much I hate plate carry runs? Give me a sandbag or a vest or a fireman carry, but plate carry sucks.
Is this WOD a 305 original? Because it looks like a Dan WOD. much like Saturday’s. As though 100 burpee box jumps were not enough for the week…
Not it.
Adam- I’m right there with you about the plate run. I’d rather carry a heavier sandbag than a lighter plate.
Enjoyed it a lot, though. Great company kept me going.
