Add 10 pounds to your training max today)

Rest as needed

10 rounds for time:
5 thrusters
10 pull ups
Run 100 meters
Rest 1 minute between each round.

Mono of choice/Hamstring Mobility/Burgener/Strength/MetCon/Hamstring PNF
Use a load and pull up rep that allows each athlete to finish in under 75 seconds.

    “Holbrook” a very tough Hero WOD that got the best of me this morning. I ended up going Rx which was definitely heavy for me and the pull-ups were a huge challenge as well, but…….I pushed through and completed the 10 rounds. My time is definitely not worth mentioning.

    I am going to try the 50 pull-up program and see if that helps in these WODS

    I’m so frustrated. Another unfinished wod because of lower back pain. I feel that whatever I had accomplished in the last couple of months is just slipping away because I can’t lift anything.

    Will be taking a few days off.

    Was able to do thruster unbroken, and first 6 rounds of PU unbroken

    finished somewhere in the 18 minute range forgot to look

    Slow WOD for me today…need to improve thrusters- i think i like anything that involves a squat, and finally find a true pull up one of these days. The blue band has had enough! Satisfied that I finished all 10 rounds.

    Legs/shoulders weak from the week. Can get it and more.
