“Holbrook” a very tough Hero WOD that got the best of me this morning. I ended up going Rx which was definitely heavy for me and the pull-ups were a huge challenge as well, but…….I pushed through and completed the 10 rounds. My time is definitely not worth mentioning.
I am going to try the 50 pull-up program and see if that helps in these WODS

Body feels really banged up. I’m taking a few days off.
I’m so frustrated. Another unfinished wod because of lower back pain. I feel that whatever I had accomplished in the last couple of months is just slipping away because I can’t lift anything.
Will be taking a few days off.

Slow WOD for me today…need to improve thrusters- i think i like anything that involves a squat, and finally find a true pull up one of these days. The blue band has had enough! Satisfied that I finished all 10 rounds.
