    Just did 4 rounds of 20 push ups, with release. Man they are much harder than regular ones. Practice up for the weekend.

    Johnny-the Games scores a re all whack-a-doodled. No idea why, it’ll be fixed sooner or later. We did well on WOD 1. Top 10 in the region…after browsing other results before the platform went down, then up, then down, then 100% out of commission. Now for WOD 2.

    Lets go 305!
