    Very nice take on it all Al. Its all true. We are not winning the games. Thats not why we or anybody else who crossfits does it. Its feeling a sense of direction, pride, passion, and community.   • It’s about watching someone with that Johnny Bravo complex as they do a quarter squat with 3 #45 plates on each side, who then hi-five’s his buddies and does the “oh yeah” double finger point at you……walking up to his bar, breaking parallel……with more weight…..and walking away.

    Sweet, and humble victories.
