11.6 104 reps. Great WOD to finsh with. My schedule didn’t allow for doing any of these more than once. Probably for the best.

I have to say I was skeptical of the sectionals format at first, but overall I think anything that can keep so many people all over the world focused and dialed in on a specific fitness goal for 6 weeks has to be considered a huge success. I enjoyed the workouts and look forward to next year (lobbying for a 40 year old masters division). I think we have seen athletes of all levels discover things about themselves that would not otherwise be possibe through any other format. We have all discovered weaknesses and new potential. Kind of like a good vacation – enjoyed it, but glad it’s over. Now we can finally get back to “regular” training.
