Good workout- 8:26. wall ball felt much better than games wod 11.5, but they still slowed me down. Threw up quite a few that didn’t hit the wall. Next time I’ll take a step back and hopefully do about ten less reps, should save me about 30 seconds.
Great workout this morning although I was gassed after the row.

What can you sub the rows with if you have no rower access?

Diego-Run 800 meters. For Wall Balls you can sub light DB thrusters.
Great run yesterday with the 305 group. Was a lot of fun. Congrats to Henry for topping the team, and to Dan for getting a 47:31 5K
2nd attempt at 11.6- 100 reps
2 more reps than the last time brought on a whole new world of hurting after. Almost as bad as Fran.
