I use to rack like that all the time when I was a NOOB. Pete called me the racking specialist
Jesus H…..who racked that bar?!?
I wish we had photo’s of both sides. Great photo, love it.
I wish we had some pictures of some Kazanas loadings from back in the day.
There is no proof so it never happened.
Virtual Shoveling.
There is a reason we call it the Kazanas method.
Its called asymmetrical training.
Coming to DVD in 2012
I find it very hard to believe that a guy who has pictures of how the boxes are supposed to be stacked hanging on the walls doesn’t have his bar loaded properly and perfectly.
Ever notice that the boxes are never EXACTLY as they are in the picture?

While this might be one of the most heinous looking barbell loads found on the entire internet, it somehow tells me a glass half full story. They started out thinking hey, 95 looks pretty heavy. and then said to themselves about 6 more times “hey I bet I could do a little more.” so thats good in an ugly way right?
Were those the days of Count Von Bad-count, or was that merely related to counting reps, not plates?
One of the best nicknames of all time.
