    In late November 2010 I stopped most of my good habits neglecting health and favoring longer hours at my desk and one thing that i had stopped doing and I realize now that it makes a world of difference is Fish Oil.

    Try taking a good amount for a month and see if you feel better recovery times, less soreness or any other positive changes. Might feel like a lot at first but 2 x 1000 mg capsules with every meal is what I am trying out. But I am not a health profesional just sharing what I tried.

    I am posting it because after knowing how much it helped during some intense training periods I feel kind of dumb having stopped for no good reason.

    hit the 12 min amrap today. 3 rounds, pretty much got pwned but I guess that is exactly why it was important to do it.

    Today’s WOD: 4 rounds
    As usual, had to scale the HSPUs at the end. Scaled the last 6 reps for HSPU, did RX+ for the dips and L sits.
