    Workout on track-

    400m run
    25 air squats
    25 walking lunges
    25 burpees

    4 rounds

    26 minutes

    the air is so clear and crisp- looked at lots of green outside.
    Can you suggest track workouts for me? Thanks!!

    400 meters equal run/rest.
    Hold pace on intervals within 3 seconds of each other.
    Continue until you cannot.
    Good-6+
    Great-10+
    Excellent-15+
    Superior-20+

    Back before I got old we’d hit 25+ of these on 75 seconds.

    Another favorite:
    8-16 200′s with 1-200 meters jogging rest.
    Hit these at desired 800m or 1600m race pace.

    Simple.

    4 x 50m max effort sprints with equal swim/rest.

    Bench Press 5-3-1+ worked up to 2×170# on the machine (i dont think it is the same as a barbell)

    Hand Stand Practice – Holding for 20-30 sec.

    practiced 50 dubs for time 2 rounds for best time.
    1) 6:45
    2) 5:40

    Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of: Row 250 meters 25 Push-ups
    6 Rounds + 250row&5 Push Ups (PR)

    WOD: 30 Dubs and 14# Ball @ 11:09. (Dub practice required)

    A little MU practice with laz, and some GHD situps, toes to bar and knees to elbo in low volume all.
