    Being that the first 10 were unbroken, could have pushed the weight a bit heavier

    No running
    wod 1 – 30 split jerks in 9:40
    Practices muscle ups with no kip
    wod 2 – Three rounds:
    20 pistol squats
    2 muscle ups (no kip)
    30 sec L-sit ring hold.
    Finisher 50 sit ups.

    16:47. Had to scale the reps but it was fun to go for it.
    Backsquat up to 5,5,5,3,3,2,1 up to 325

    Did the Bench Press portion of the Bear’s W/O without ChairBare and HairBear.
    Worked up to 245 lbs.
    Then 4X1 @ 225
    3×2 Pause at bottom HSPU

    Did 1 and 1/2 rounds before before rope broke. Thanks to ShareBear lending me his rope, I restarted the wod 90 secs later and was able to complete it!
