    1) If you are not going to squat down to a ball, you must squat to a shake weight. Bonus for brining it up with you.
    2) Any way you wish to get your chin over the bar is acceptable. You can even use props such as bands and boxes. Concerning the superflys, If you had studied high level physics like our cult leader, you would realize that the pickling pull up allow for faster cycling time, leading to more work, which is more intensity which is more eliteness. The other upside of the Pickle Pull is that you will get to meet SLAPPY!
    3) Sorry my friend, no boat no rowing. If you can’t afford one, you probably can not afford to be elite.
    4) A good substitute for rowing is swimming, surfing, sailing, motor boating, etc…

    A couple of rounds of Hansen – tweaked back and called it quits. Rest 20 minutes

    Jackie 6:49 (pr). Easy does it on the row. Thruster bar stayed off the floor.
