White wiped me out. Tough one.
White was hard on two of my weaknesses: The rope climbs and the toes to bars. I didn’t finish the last WOD with rope climbs, so finishing this one was a victory.
Also White managed to nullify what I consider my strengths (leg-stuff). On the last run,
my legs simply cramped up when I tried to run hard.
