    Morning
    3.5 mile run
    slow, still healing from ankle twist, and I want to be smart about building my base of miles.

    Evening
    1:45 hours bouldering at the gym – got my first v4, but really doesn’t count because it played to all my strengths.

    This morning
    6.5 mile bike ride – brooklyn to manhattan – fixed gear 30 minutes.
