    Disagree with you there DM. There is no way im getting 300 up with no extension. You ever try to stand on tippy toes without extension? Try it with heavy load.

    My bad. This lift is not 300. However I did get to it.

    I vote we name this wod the”Brutus the beefcake barber” cause it put me in the sleeper hard! Great workout even if I scaled.

    When i was a kid, Clayton Waszalewski’s mom had a poster of Brutus The Barber Beefcake hanging in her bedroom above the safe that had the guns. His dad used to crap with door open, collect stamps and make Clayton edge the lawn with a butter knife.

    Gassed like crazy on the last part. 2:40 on the first 400 m run. Ouch.
