I have read several excellent stuff here. Definitely worth bookmarking for revisiting. I wonder how a lot attempt you set to create any such magnificent informative site.
Can I get a little bit of guidance with the weights in the beginner level? I’m very limited as to weights so I would like to get an idea before registering

WOD 1-no weight
WOD 2- very light
WOD 3- only as heavy as you can go, a gauntlet is increasing weights until you fail.
