Push up, slow
Dumbbell press, 50/35

Take your time, resting as needed

500 double unders for time, 7 minute time limit

    Well funny you should post that link Loren because I was actually in the jump rope club in 5th grade.

    I got cut by the JV jump-rope coach. But I became the equipment manager of the girls’ team. My job was to unknot the ropes before practice and, on a good day, I got to replace a doorknob on the double dutch when there were an odd number of girls present.
